Hi, my name is Ashley Kroslak. I am a mother of three, wife and small business entrepreneur. My hope for Hitchin Post is for you to come in and feel like family. We are big on family and think of our regulars as part of that family. We pride ourselves on great down-home southern cooking and warm service with a great atmosphere.

As a local myself I took the opportunity to switch careers from Finance to owning the Hitchin Post to bring a quality place to eat and for everyone to come together as a community. As a wife and mother, I believe that a well-cooked down-home meal is something of the past but strive to bring that back in our cafe. Using only the freshest ingredients and always adding a little love to our meals I hope you will find yourself at home when you visit.
